Therefore, to ensure a proper fit, measuring your air filter for its exact size is recommended, and then comparing it with our listed "Actual Size."

For 4-inch and 5-inch filters, there can be significant variances in dimensions based on the manufacturer. For example, if you’re replacing a Honeywell unit's 4 3/8 depth 20x25x4 filter, you should opt for our 20x25x5 Honeywell Replacement air filter. This filter measures 19 7/8 x 24 7/8 x 4 3/8 (or 19.63 x 24.88 x 4.38).
